Sample Requirements
| Type | Requirements |
|---|---|
| Whole Blood | 3–5 mL in purple EDTA tube, store at 4°C |
| FTA Card | At least three dried spots, store at room temperature |
| Extracted DNA | Min 1 µg, A260/280 between 1.8 and 2.0 |
| RNA | Min 500 ng, store at -80°C |
| Tissue | Fresh or paraffin-embedded (FFPE), with full information |
| Saliva / Swab | In dedicated kit, store at room temperature |
Important Notes
- 01Every sample must include a unique patient code and submission form.
- 02Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
- 03Incomplete or unlabeled samples will be returned.
- 04Use a dedicated courier for inter-city shipments.
